To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Return the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number along with your order details. Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the replacement item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the new item will be shipped at no additional charge.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
